Metropolitan World Atlas

For two years, I’ve wanted an atlas of the world’s largest cities, each mapped at the same scale for comparison. From time to time, I’ve toyed with the idea of making one myself.

It doesn’t seem that the Metropolitan World Atlas, published last year by Dutch 010 publishers, has same-scale maps, but the idea behind it is for cities to be ‘compared with one another and in terms of their position in the global urban network’.

Looks very interesting.1
