Daniel Liebeskind
I’m working my way through the BBC Architecture on 3 program archive, ripping the RealAudio streams using WireTap (free app for Mac OS X) and listening to them on the iPod.
So far, I’ve only listened to the Renzo Piano interview, but I idly listen to the streams while ripping them, so I noticed that the Daniel Liebeskind programs are something else.
He talks very quickly, and is obviously very interested in what he does. He pulls associations from many different fields, most notably music as he began his career as an orchestra conductor or composer (I don’t know which; perhaps both), and what he says provokes lots of thoughts.
I’ll post something when I’ve listened to the six programs in the archive (one lecture and five shorter segments).
