Improving group/team culture

Down in the laundry room I thought about influencing groups of people, and that there must be good books about this. I’ve touched on this subject before – first in terms of how to stimulate communication and achieve common responsibility within a professional team, then how you achieve common responsibility among people sharing a laundry room together. When thinking about this earlier, I have touched on the idea that these people share a culture. I think it’s interesting to think about what makes a culture good and how you turn a “bad” culture into a good one.

If anyone know of any good books on improving group/team culture, organizational change, group behavior, etc, please let me know. (See these posts for more on this: herehereherehereherehere.)
