Fair use rights fight

The other day I read two weblog entries by Aaron Swartz: this and this and I got curious as I read his words “I need a lawyer willing to argue that not-for-profit file sharing is fair use. I’ve got a plan.” – so I forwarded the links to Donna Wentworth, keeper of the Copyfight weblog, who posted an entry about this and apparently it took off. It will be interesting to see what comes out of this.
