What future for our Earth?

Disposable Planet: “The Earth’s population is soaring, but its resources are finite. Can we provide food, water, energy – and televisions, cars and holidays – for everyone, and leave future generations more than a planet-sized rubbish tip?” A BBC special on sustainable development. The last few days I’ve been thinking about the impact each of us has on the environment. I thought there must be somewhere on the Web where you can answer some questions and get a figure on in what extent you effect the environment. This page has such a quiz!

The above was posted to my personal weblog on August 24, 2002. My name is Peter Lindberg and I am a thirtysomething software developer and dad living in Stockholm, Sweden. Here, you’ll find posts in English and Swedish about whatever happens to interest me for the moment.
