Songs from the second floor

After having seen a great film, I must digest it. I can’t bear to talk about it too soon. Perhaps this is true of any vivid experience. The more vivid, the more fragile the moment afterwards. It’s something special with the moment after. I remember the after-moment of many great films. The most perfect after-moment was after seeing Cyclo. It rained and I walked all the way home.

Today we rented Songs from the Second Floor and I’m sure I will remember the after-moment. We went for a walk. We came home and had some Wöstgöta Kloster cheese sandwiches and tea.
