Mozzarella and tomato sandwich
Yes, that’s a bottle of Sacramora lightly sparkling mineral water in the background – or “aqua leggermente frizzante”, as they say in Italy. I ripped the mozzarella apart, Naked Chef style. Summer to me is sandwiches like these – and also having fresh basil in the kitchen.
