Jim Highsmith on Product Vision

At Joel on Software there’s a reprint of an article by Jim Highsmith on formulating a “product vision” for a project, which seems to me to be a perhaps less abstract alternative to the fuzzy System Metaphor in Extreme Programming. Check it out!
