Saltå Kvarns Solrosbröd
I’ve been a fan of Saltå Kvarn’s bread for a long time. I tried their Solrosbröd recently (sunflower seed bread) and it’s my new favorite. Other favorites are Valnötsbröd (walnut bread) and Barsjabröd (Russian sourdough bread).
If you visit Stockholm, I recommend you to try to find their products! Otherwise, they’ve got recipes for most of their bread on their webpage. Click the “Recept” button and try to deciper the Swedish instructions.
